I called and spoke with Attorney Foley to ask the difference between a legal malpractice and contracts case and if my situation would apply to either. He called me back, and we spoke for less than 5 minutes. During the brief conversation, he was abrupt and told me he wasn't interested in my case as it was out of the statue of limitations for legal malpractice. He dismissed discussing the potential for breach of contract. Which is fine, but when I asked him what other recourse I had, if any, he told me that he "did not have time to talk to me, was not interested in discussing this, and only called back to be polite" and then hung up on me.
