Michael is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. Michael’s principal practice areas include complex civil litigation, business litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith defense, plaintiff personal injury litigation, corporate law, real property, administrative law, and premises liability. Michael practices in both state and federal courts, has repeatedly resolved matters for clients with the Nevada Real Estate Division, and is experienced in resolving matters through both international and domestic arbitration and mediation. Michael also provides pro bono services to the Children’s Attorneys Project with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.Michael has consistently been recognized as “Legal Elite” by his peers, an honor awarded to the top 3% of attorneys in Nevada in a poll of more than 5,000 attorneys by Nevada Business Magazine.
