Mike has some contracts with local unions so I felt like my case was always on the back seat. I had a long case with him and during that time there were more than a dozen calls to him that went unreturned. He rarely returned my call without me having to call 3-6 times before I got ahold of him. Weeks would go by before I got a response. Life changing event for me and I felt left in the dark. I questioned his decisions sometimes and I got the impression that he was offended by it. I understand that professionals don't like to be second guessed but its your life. Find someone that will listen to your concerns, explain the options. Find someone that will give you the attention that you are paying for an deserve. I will give him some credit, he was well spoken in the arbitration and went after the opposing side - but I think he was unprepared and was more interested in not damaging future cases or more importantly the union negotiations.
