About

Mike Davis focuses his law practice on complex civil litigation.  He represents clients in a variety of industries in commercial litigation matters, as well as public policy issues.  He assists clients with all aspects of client relations, strategy, pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions and hearings, settlement negotiations, trial work, and appellate proceedings.Complementing his legal skills, Mike has federal government, political, and public-relations experience. He has served in all three branches of the federal government, including for the President, for a cabinet secretary, as a federal prosecutor, for the Speaker of the House, for a senior senator, and for a federal circuit judge. In law school, the United States Secretary of Education appointed Mike as the sole student member of the United States Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance.Mike is actively involved in the Colorado community outside of the law as well.  He serves as a member of the board of advisors for the Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE), a Denver-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-income families privately funded K-12 scholarships, college-prep assistance, and education advocacy.   Mike serves as a founding member of the board of directors and the secretary, treasurer, and legal counsel for Achieve Colorado, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit disability advocacy organization.  He is a member of the executive advisory committee for Arc Thrift Stores, the largest social enterprise in the state of Colorado, dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
