Michael Dagley has a 33-year track record of success in high-stakes litigation across numerous industries. He has also been recognized as a skillful and innovative negotiator of complex litigation settlements, including most recently, in software disputes on behalf of hospital and healthcare systems harmed by failed software implementation.  In the last five years, he has prevailed in eight multi-million dollar contingency fee cases, including one in excess of $100 million.
