I came to Michael with an extremely complicated post judgement divorce matter. From the outset, I was very impressed with his professionalism, ability to understand the facts of my case, and his zealousness in defending my position. He was extremely attentive, returned all of my phone calls/emails in a timely manner, and was always able to address my questions and concerns. Most importantly, he has a keen knowledge of the law. In the end, he was able to settle my case on very favorable terms and kept my legal fees to a minimum. I highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of a divorce attorney.
I was a client of Mr. Daab His knowledge of the field was excellent. He was patient and he explained the in's and out's of the law. He was able to use his math skills to craft a divorce decree that was fair to all parties. I found this knowledge to be very important. I would recommend him to anyone needed such services.
I can't answer the kept me informed because I testified in a case against my sister so my mother would be able to visit my nieces. After being questioned by so many attornies that were there representing my sister, the jerk she was with and the attorney for my nieces, I did notice that Mr. Daab asked pertinent questions that directly dealt with the issue at hand while the other attornies attempted to downgrade my mother and try to prove it wouldn't be good for her to see my nieces. Although the judge presiding over the case made many errors in his judgement, Mr. Daab continued to go forward and help my mother file an appeal which she won. I would recommend Mr. Daab to anyone and everyone who required an attorney, but 1 of which is also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and has a great respect for the law and the people he represents.
Michael Daab represented me for several years in a grandmother/granddaughters visitation suit. Living in Indiana, I was fortunate enough to find Michael and after speaking to his former law partner, I knew I had chosen the right firm. He went out of his way on many occasions and paved the way for me to move forward for my visitation to be approved during the time another case which encompassed the same suit was heard for 4 long years before the Judge (now retired) began to hear mine. Michael handled the appeal, since the hearing was mis-handled; thus I won my appeal and got visitation with both of my granddaughters, 1 of which I never saw until she was 5. Michael is an OUTSTANDING attorney, always returned my calls or made himself available. I would recommend Michael to anyone at anytime.
Mr. Daab represented me as the plaintiff and non-monied spouse in a divorce action. Although I had made numerous requests for interim support, Mr. Daab ignored them and failed to file a support motion before he left the firm without so much as a word to me. I found him to be preoccupied with his own problems and he gave me the "run around" during the eight months he represented me.
