Michael never follows up and doesn't do what he says. He uses documents from past clients and just changes the names and even fails to do that properly. He does not respond to requests for updates or information. I need to reach out 2 or 3 or 4 times before getting a response. A case which should have taken 6 moths took almost 2 years.
