Attorney Childers has handled many of my family's legal issues. Hes is always professional and quite knowledgeable about current laws and the judicial process. His legal fees are reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

The most honest attorney I've ever worked with. He completed my business contracts promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated his ability to review these documents with me so that I easily understood them. He is very professional but not intimidating. I highly recommend him for the service I received.

We hired Mr. Childers approximately two (2) years ago, and are wrapping up our case right now. Michael Childers represented my husband and myself in a condominium dispute centred on limited common elements (parking spaces), particularly their separation from a unit of ownership within the condominium vis-a-vis leasing parking spaces to others, and what, if any, regulations/parameters should/could exist to protect the condominium board as well as unit owners from liability, misuse, and other unforseen consequences. Mr. Childers struck us as unique in that he i) invested enormous chunks of time to listen to our side of the pending case, which he had taken over mid-stream; ii) did so without judging us, or telling us the case had no merit; iii) worked closely with us to carefully construct arguments that complied with existing legal statutes, presented our strongly held ethical issues around the circumstances, and moved the case forward. Mr. Childers was also honest in assessing our chances at each stage in the process, quick to change tactics when met with obstacles, and open-minded even we had lost that capacity (due to emotional involvement) at points through the process. While we understood the chances of achieving "success" (our definition) were practically about 50/50, and we have been ultimately forced to pursue channels outside the legal ones, what we learned working so closely with Mr. Childers has equipped us to take the matter back into our own hands, to be effective, and to achieve satisfaction. We would highly recommend Mr. Childers, as we have grown to not only consider him a friend, but to respect him as a decent human being, and an excellent attorney.
