Because I am a solo practitioner, you can expect me to be responsive and efficient. I answer my own phone and I can meet with you in person to talk about your case. I also spent more than a decade working for large, white shoe and boutique law firms in New York City. After leaving Cravath, I joined Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP, a well-renowned boutique-style law firm.  After leaving Wollmuth as a partner, I caught the entrepreneurial bug and decided to found my own practice.I have substantial experience in all aspects of federal and state litigation, arbitration and mediation from case intake through final disposition at trial and on appeal.I have litigated and tried a broad variety of issues including contract, fiduciary duties, Ponzi schemes, bankruptcy, RMBS, personal injury, unfair competition, trade secrets, accounting malpractice, securities fraud, antitrust, patents, copyrights and trademarks, products liability and interstate and international judgment enforcement. I have argued cases in both appellate and trial courts.
