Unfortunately the other person was under insured and i didn't have any insurance. (I was a passanger in the car) We got the max settlement that we could, and after fees and what not, there wasn't much left. I still had my medical bills to pay, not to mention life long back issues! Mike told me that I should keep the money and do something nice for myself. He said, don't worry about the hospital, they are a religous hospital, they won't take you to court. They will just send you bills in the mail for a while...need less to say, (being shortly out of high school, and not knowing any better) a few years later they took me to court. Mr. Brose helped me go through all of the complicated mess of my car accident, which lasted almost four years. It was a frustrating time for me, and it was my first time going through such an event that included a deposition (HORRIBLE experience) and arbitration.
