Mike is super knowledgeable and is always on top of the case! One thing that was great for me was that Mike and his team was truly sincere and I could tell that I wasn't just another client he truly cared and fought for me! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Mike and his team are without a doubt the best!
Michael Bottar is an exceptional attorney who is well respected by his opponents and admired by his clients. I hired Michael after a medical error turned my life upside down. As an attorney myself, I had high expectations but Michael exceeded them at every turn. He was on top of everything while the case was pending, kept it moving at an unprecedented pace and ultimately obtained a very favorable settlement. A seasoned advocate, Michael was thorough and very well prepared at every meeting and hearing. He strategically planned and thoughtfully executed every move and always seemed at least one step ahead of the defense. On top of his many legal skills and attributes, he was also a pleasure to work with. He was approachable, attentive, responsive, and courteous during every interaction. I was always encouraged to ask questions and never felt rushed or pressured to do anything I didn't agree with or understand. He kept me in the loop with updates about what was going on and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and is very passionate about the work he does. He worked tirelessly to achieve an outstanding outcome in my case and I have no doubt he does the same for all of his clients. I don't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends and have heard nothing but good things from them as well. Michael Bottar is a shining star in the legal community and his clients are lucky to have him. I know I was.
Some years ago, my husband and I approached attorney Michael Bottar, of Bottar and Leone, PLLC about taking on our medical malpractice case. We were distraught parents who had recently lost a child. Mike and his team agreed to help us during this fragile time. It took a while for the case to progress because Mike was methodically picking apart all the evidence of the defendants’ mistakes and noncompliance. The case was recently settled out of court to our satisfaction. We were grateful to preserve our privacy, but more so, grateful to Mike and his team for conducting an exhaustive, thorough investigation into the circumstances of our child’s death. Our greatest hope was to help deter future negligence, so other families would not go through what we did. We feel victorious with this end.
Not only is Michael very knowledgeable, he genuinely cared about our family. He made a difficult process go smoothly and we had the utmost confidence in him. We trust him completely.
I was a healthy 44 year old man until one day when life changed for ever for my family and I. I was consistent in having physicals and had signs that something was wrong. The lack of diagnosis caused injury that made it so I will never be the same now. When this all started, we decided to call only one lawyer. From the moment we called Bottar and Leone, we were welcomed with respect and integrity. We didn't know where to turn and Michael Bottar was confident and sincere. He never misled us and stated from the beginning that he would be right there with us along the way. He is very knowledgable and kind. He kept us informed by keeping us up to date via emails. He showed compassion for my wife, and professionalism in all aspects. Hopefully we will never need his services again, but if we need a competent lawyer, we will call Mike. Thank you, Mike, for all you did for us.
Michael took my case when no one else would. It was a complex case against the U.S. Government that probably would not yield a huge amount of money. He and his staff were very kind when I was ill and always assured me that they were on my side. I was kept up to date through the lengthy four year battle which erred in my favor. Sometimes the principle means more than the financial gain. Even after my settlement his office continues to assist me in battling unjust liens. I was always treated with respect and courtesy and made to feel that I mattered. I highly recommend Michael and his firm for any personal injury matter.
In 2007 I had a hip replacement. The following year I needed to have a revision it was called, as the unit failed.Friends suggested I seek compensation for this. An out of state lawyer recommended this firm and Michael was my lawyer. He was very professional, worked for my best interest, responded to me when I would contact him and explained things to me so I had a good understanding of what was going on. I was very satisfied with the settlement Michael obtained for me. This was a medical malpractice suit. It wasn't in your list as a choice.
My family was misrepresented by this firm. I would not recommend waisting your time with this firm. I'm not sure who they consult with about medical issues but they are wrong. Communication by this firm is also terrible. I advise if you have a medical issue do not let this firm hold your case hostage for half a decade.
