Mr. Azre represents and advises entrepreneurs, corporations, and financial institutions in resolving disputes and enforcing their rights under a wide range of agreements and corporate governance documents. His litigation experience includes breach of contract cases, trade secret and intellectual property disputes, and business tort claims. He has litigated in both state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association. Prior to joining Gertsburg Licata, Mr. Azre was a partner with the Miami-based firm Waldman Barnett.A former in-house attorney for a Wall Street electronic trading firm, Mr. Azre also assists businesses in compliance, employment matters, and commercial transactions.
