His secretary sent papers to the other lawer that was personal and gave them all the information they needed to get a leg up on us....he said the whole time "we've got him by the nuts" months and $8000 later the day of court nothing has changed and he says we need to settle because we cant win....he dangled winning the case infront of use so we would keep giving him all our money then when he got it all he couldnt care less what happed
