My calls and emails went unanswered. I waited 6 weeks before being forced to hire a new attorney who was able to file my motion with the court within 2 days. Currently, I am awaiting the refund of my "retainer" which, as of my email terminating our "relationship" 5 weeks ago, I was instructed was supposedly forthcoming. Still have not received the refund. I have sent emails weekly requesting a status on this which have all gone unanswered. I was forced to hire a new attorney. I must pay the new attorney for work that is actually being completed. I cannot afford to give money to an attorney who did absolutely nothing in regards to my case. I did not want to leave negative reviews, however, given the current unwillingness to even respond to me, much less refund my money, I feel I have no choice but to warn others.
