If it were up to real quality of service and knowledge she should be rated a full 10/10 and here's why: 1. She was very professional and punctual. 2. She's extremely knowledgeable. I researched everything about my issue inside out so I know the law pretty well. I asked her couple of trick questions to see if she'd know the answer and she nailed it all the way. 3. I found a book that she helped to write about constitutional law and Avvo didn't even pick it up. 4. Between 2 DUIs (not proud but hey it happened), divorce and a bunch of corporate stuff I've dealt with many lawyers in my life. Kristy is by far the best. 5. I've read from her many reviews elsewhere that people wished all lawyers were like her. And I now do as well. Hire Kristy, you won't regret it.

Ms. Q is the best lawyer every. She truly cares about her clients, she helped my entire family. I first found her in 2010 when my mother was in need of legal advice. Other attorneys kept me waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment time because they needed their morning coffee, they were late to their meeting, some of them advised me to commit fraud, others simply didn't care enough to speak with me for more than 10 minutes. Ms. Q on the other hand, apologized for being "late" because I arrived early to my 7:30 AM appointment and she walked in after me. When I said you're not late, we're still 15 minutes before my appointment she responded "I'm late if my client gets here before me, doesn't matter if it's 7:15 AM." Right there, I was sold! She speaks almost nothing in Korean but still she tried her best to communicate with my parents and she is so patient. My parents love her! And trust me, for Koreans of the older generation to say that they love a Chinese lawyer, it's a huge deal. Old school Koreans don't like Chinese much, I had a hard time convincing my parents to go. But once they were there they warmed up to Kristy immediately and they love her!
