I hired Mr Nash based on a recommendation from an old friend who had used him 20 years ago after consulting with a few attorneys. After speaking with the other attorneys, it was clear that Mr Nash was considered the most experienced and well respected amongst his peers. I hired him for what we would find out later to be a difficult and complicated task requiring several years to complete. I put my faith in them and they did not let me down. He is a man of his word and despite mine being a difficult and problematic case, managed to give it his full effort, which is all I could ask. If you're looking for a well experienced attorney that knows his craft and will surprise you with the results then look no further.
Mr. Nash got me out of a very embarrassing situation. The end result was nothing on my record and a small fine. Very quick response to my request for his services and quickly expedited my case. Would use him again. Highly recommend. The Best Lawyer in Georgia.
Mr. Nash discussed my problem with me, in detail. He appreciated my concerns, and he told me what to expect in court. When we were in court, it was clear that the court personnel and the judge were familiar with Mr. Nash, and that they respected Mr. Nash. This gave me a great deal of comfort, knowing that my attorney was held in good repute at the courthouse.
Mr. Nash helped my son in a very unfortunate situation and after my son undertook all of the steps Mr. Nash advised the entire episode was erased and he has no record. Mr. Nash and his team are professional, affordable, experienced and best f all they get results.
I have worked with lawyers nationwide both professionally and personally for 30 years. In this case I needed someone for me. From my first call to the end result this staff exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do what they said, but exceeded that of my expectations. This is a caring firm that does not look at their clients as a revenue number. Their advise helped me save thousands and their follow up has meant much to me. These folks care and will do their best. When we bring circumstances on ourselves they can not guarantee a positive outcome. They helped me solve my situation in a possitive way because they know how to do that. Many thanks to Melvin and his staff. They are better than awsome.
Mr Nash is a superb lawyer and a true southern gentleman. Over the last decade he has handled a few legal matters for me and always delivered 100% on what he said he could do for me. You can not go wrong with hiring Mr Nash. He gets the job done and pushes for results. When i have mentioned his name to other lawyers they always have the highest respect for him. Some of my legal predicaments were rather serious and as far as I am concerned he turned water into wine and mountains into mole hills!!!! All my charges were reduced or expunged. With respect to a negative review I read here.... Mr Nash has decades of experience and personal connections - he doesn't need to personally appear to get results. Yes, it is true that his services are not cheap but when It comes To electronics, vacations, automobiles, AND LAWYERS..... You get what you pay for.
I found the attorney to be unresponsive and detrimental to my case. He did not return phone calls and he and his staff were derogatory and combative. Nothing he did worked.
I've talked with many others who were previous clients and there were either horrible or fantastic opinions. I was able to bargain a little, and have delt with other lawyers so I can say relatively he is a fair price. The way he gets his job done it takes a very long time for your case to finalize in court. He gave me a number of recommendations of various things to complete before the sentence was final (in order to get me a lower penalty). I completed most of these, but once all was said and done the price of these things were greater than 2 grand, as well as bearly effected my outcome. He had little concern for my thoughts about anything (ie:not a thorough discussion of how the cop participated in some unlawful practices, as well as not accepting that I did not want the plea they were aiming for and wished for a different rout) and after close to a year I never recieved one call back, so you learn just to keep calling. Every time I saw him (which often you won't actually see him personally with you in court), he asked me how much schooling I'd completed and would praise me that I finally got a job; every time. Overall everything worked out fine. Fine as in, after much unnecessary frustration, waiting, and most importantly extra money/time spent for close to nothing, but I got a better deal than I would have without a lawyer. I hear that he has many friends in the court room so maybe it is just a matter of luck with him whether you find him most helpful, or below average. In conclusion: ehh.
