Sometimes cases must be tried, and trial lawyers should not shy away from that option for their clients.  However, mediation offers the parties the opportunity to resolve their dispute on their own terms and their own timetable -- not a judge or jury's.  After 25 years in litigation, it is my privilege to work successfully with my colleagues to facilitate resolution of their clients' cases.
