I provide corporate and transactional legal services to both established and entrepreneurial clients, either working with existing in-house legal departments or in an "outside general counsel" role. I also provide legal services as "Of Counsel" to Mundt MacGregor L.L.P. My current practice includes merger and acquisition-related work as well as technology and design licensing and other general corporate contracts and matters.
