Melissa Renee Taylor became an attorney to help people in a meaningful and practical way. Her practice is focused on divorce and child-related issues, guiding clients through tough decisions while managing their goals, desires, and expectations. Melissa finds personal and professional fulfillment in helping people find solutions that work for their family.As a volunteer for the Dakota County and Scott County Family Law and Divorce Clinics, Melissa uses her experience to advise low-income clients on their family matters and walk them through court procedures and forms. Minnesota Wills for Heroes also has provided the opportunity to meet some amazing first responders and help them prepare or update their wills, health care directives, and Powers of Attorney.Melissa graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
