Brandon Allen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Brandon served in the logistics industry for several years. He now incorporates his prior experience into the practice of law. Brandon’s practice focuses in both civil litigation and criminal defense. In his general civil litigation practice, Brandon assists clients in many areas including domestic relations, estate planning and probate, personal injury, contract law, landlord/tenant law and business transactions. He assists business clients with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, partnership agreements, leasing agreements, and many other matters. In his criminal defense practice, Brandon assists clients in issues relating to driving under the influence, shoplifting, domestic assault, motor vehicle violations, and criminal expungements.Brandon holds an A.S. in Aviation Business Management along with a B.S. in Technical Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He earned the Herbert Davis Memorial Trust Fund Award for academic achievement in law school, and holds CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in his coursework related to Alternative Dispute Resolution, Space Law, and the University of Tennessee College of Law Expungement Clinic.
