About

I am a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group.  My practice is primarily in the areas of real estate litigation and mortgage foreclosures. I routinely represent lending institutions in complex commercial mortgage foreclosure cases and title insurance companies and their insureds with regard to title disputes and other real property related matters.  I also represent individuals and businesses with regard to any real estate related matter.   I graduated with High Honors from The University of Florida College of Law in 1998 where I was a member of the Order of the Coif and was awarded book awards in Constitutional Law, Appellate Advocacy, Legal Drafting, and Land Finance.  Prior to attending law school, I graduated from The University of Florida in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
