Melissa and I first began to work together because her firm was approved counsel with our EPLI carrier. Now, I would not trust any of my Maryland matters to anyone but her. She is a true colleague and took the time to learn my Company, our industry, employee training, policies so we are 99.99% always on the same page together with litigation strategies. We've worked together probably for more than 6 or 7 years.
I worked with Melissa on a complex and thorny employment discrimination matter that was wrought with hostility and an assumption of guilt despite evidence to the contrary. Melissa provided constant and reliable legal and business guidance; leadership to insure we never lost site of the end goal; and the occasional "grin & tonic" when the challenges seemed almost unbearable. I highly recommend Melissa (especially if the stakes are high) and would hire her again without hesitation.
