Then I was named a devisee in a will and notified by Melinda Kwart. I paid for an attorney NOT affiliated with Percy Law Group only to discover I was never a devisee at all, nor did they never apologized for this major blunder. When I first sought them out (prior to the will fiasco signed by Melinda Kwart) I accessed AVVO and was convinced by the high ratings. But after these THREE VERY POOR instances, I have no idea how Melinda or this group is getting such a high rating. I can only assume the source must be friends, relatives and coworkers. Steer clear.
