When I was a teen, I was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Years later and on several occasions, this charge affected my ability to secure employment. Most recently, it prevented me from joining the military. Being a much different person than I was at 15, I decided to hire Ms. Kimrey for an expungement. The process in NC is a lengthy one, taking up to 6 months or more. Ms. Kimrey kept me informed, told me exactly what to expect and when, and always returned phone calls promptly. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease about this matter, which was something I thought would haunt me for the rest of my life. I was successfully granted an expungement. I can now take my life in a different direction without fear of my past hindering my success. I will hire Ms. Kimrey in the future, if needed, and I will also highly recommend her to friends and family.

My son got a speeding ticket in a county that we did not live in. I was told Meleaha Kimrey could help him with this and so I contacted her. She was able to take care of it without us going to court. He would have lost a day of work and he is a single father and could not afford to be out of work. Thanks to her it was resolved and he did not have to miss work or be in court. We where very pleased with the way she handle this matter for us and would tell anyone if they needed a great lawyer that could help you she would be the person I would recommend.
