When we met with them, we would have to explain our situation multiple times and when we found errors in the paperwork they prepared on our behalf, they charged us to fix them. They also sent the same paperwork multiple times and charged us for each occurrence. When it came time for our “day in court”, the other side took up the entire day and we didn’t even get a chance to plead our case, which directly resulted in undesired results from our case.
