I first reached out to Dianne to learn about by rights in regards to FMLA and seeking ADA accommodations. My employer was making my situation at work very difficult and putting pressure on me to not use my FMLA. I felt I was being retaliated against by my department and HR. Dianne gave me excellent advice and I left feeling very prepared. I ended up being fired after another year of very stressful negotiations about ADA and my use of FMLA.
