I first reached out to Dianne to learn about by rights in regards to FMLA and seeking ADA accommodations. My employer was making my situation at work very difficult and putting pressure on me to not use my FMLA. I felt I was being retaliated against by my department and HR. Dianne gave me excellent advice and I left feeling very prepared. I ended up being fired after another year of very stressful negotiations about ADA and my use of FMLA. The company made up completely false charges as a reason for termination. I immediately called Dianne and she helped me know my rights and formulate a plan. She provided valuable piece of mind in a very distressing time. We were successful in getting my former employer to provide severance after several months of negotiations. I would never have gotten through the experience without the calm advice and help of Dianne.

Diane assisted me with an employer who was actually retaliating against me for reporting something against an executive. When I decided I had had enough Diane played a big role in getting a severance package and the right to unemployment for me. When I decided I had enough with Dianne's help, I was able to walk out the door of the employer as a winner. I highly recommend Dianne Einstein.

After dealing with our problem (hostile work environment) for over a year, we finally came to see Dianne, and found that we were not alone. My wife and I walked out of her office feeling good about the future and the stability of my job. My employer has since taken action to rectify the situation to the best of their ability and to do what's best for all of the associates involved. I can't express how glad I am that we came to seek advice and were able to defuse a problem without anyone losing their job as a result. I certainly will recommend Einstein Law to anyone I know that is dealing with situations similar to mine.
