About
The reason I became an attorney was to help others. One of the most rewarding ways I can help others is to provide peace of mind to families young and old with effective and comprehensive estate plans. This includes powers of attorney, wills, trusts, business succession, and advanced care directives. Let me help you plan for your future and the future of your family.

My case didn't involve a lot of money. I simply needed legal advice, in a hurry, regarding my rights and the rights of a dementia patient. She was very generous with her time, and gave me solid legal and common sense advice. Megan is very couteous, very friendly and very down to earth. Her advice served me well, and if I do wind up having to retain a lawyer, she'll be the one.
Megan did a great job. My father has a sizable trust and I am the sole beneficiary. To this point, several family members were involved. Megan articulated my position so that the courts understood my situation based on the will provided. Her follow up is superior and we as a family are truly thankful for her council. Megan is a must have in your portfolio.
Megan was very knowledgeable on wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. She was also quick to respond and get back to me. I will come to her again for services.
After to speaking with a few lawyers which I wasn't impressed with. I was fortunate to be referred to Megan to set up my estate, living trust and will. She was easy to talk too and very detailed and helpful. She answered all my questions and guided me to make the best sound decisons for myself and family. I definietly recommend her for preparing all your estate needs, from large to small, she is the best.
Took wrongful information and didn’t fact check anything that was provided. I am disappointed to see someone who is licensed who doesn’t fact check anything with her clients. I’m embarrassed and ashamed.
My sister and I hired Megan Salsbury, with Willamette NW Law Firm, with hope she could resolve our estate issue. Megan made a lot of promises and didn't follow through with anything. After making a payment on the bill, we received no resolutions, no follow up email, and ZERO results. Do yourself a favor and hire a firm that has adequate staffing and attorneys that have experience and won't waste your time or money.
