Maya Sequeira represents employees in individual and class actions involving gender and pregnancy discrimination. For example, Ms. Sequeira currently represents women with claims of gender discrimination in a collective action against the Big Four accounting firm KPMG in Kassman, et al. v. KPMG. As part of her advocacy on behalf of women in the workplace, Ms. Sequeira co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of Health Care Providers in Young v. UPS.  She also serves as Editor of Shattering the Ceiling.
