I was so impressed on how he handled things and his "go get 'em" attitude, that I distincltly remembering thinking that I needed to keep his name in the back of my head in the event that I ever needed an attorney. The day came in 2003 but it wasn't for me it was for my fiancee, now my husband. His first attorney in Butler County did nothing more than drag a divorce on for 3 years with a bill of 40K plus with no results. I then remembered Max. Max finished the divorce in less than 6 months, cleaned up the mess and my husband came out ahead. To this day we still use Max for modification orders on child support. I recommended Max to many people and they all have thanked me for getting them a great attorney.

I gave him a partial deposit to retain him for representing me for my mothers estate. His secretary tells me he is never there and when asking for him to call back does nothing he never calls back. I am going to quote her response to me requesting to pay him. "You just need to come here and drop some money off." in the most rude tone I have ever heard in my life!!! I could not believe that this came from an attorneys employee!!!! During that last call I tried repeatedly to ask if I could speak with him about how this payment was going to be handled, since my family members where backing me for this case in the estate also helping to pay for it and because they live out of state I was wanting to introduce him on a three way call. Now after these attempts plus all the previous times she had given me the run around telling me he is not there you would think he doesn't even work there! Such a waste of my time and too many wasted days with no call back. I really needed a motion filed while was waiting for a call back. This is so very unprofessional and I wonder who she thinks she is? Or who I am for that manner? Well, I can tell her we the public provide her with a pay check! This is totally unacceptable and her rudeness was it for me. I told her" I am not going to finish this case with him." Her reply was "Fine!!" So Be It!!! I really think it will be hard to get my money back and I certainly can not call her back EVER! Although, I am right now looking to hire another attorney and maybe he can get the rest back for me and a peer might let him know how she is hurting his business.
