Samantha Vital moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2010 to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arkansas. During her undergraduate career, she was a proud member of the Razorback Marching Band. Samantha graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in French and Legal Studies. Samantha received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude in May of 2017.Samantha has become an involved member of the Arkansas Bar and serves as an elected district representative of the Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar and as an appointed co-chair of the Disaster Preparedness Task Force. The Arkansas Bar Association awarded Samantha with the Young Lawyer Section Award of Excellence in 2019 and awarded Samantha with the Golden Gavel Award in 2020.Samantha has focused her practice to the areas of Immigration Law and Criminal Defense. She is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas and is authorized to practice U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law throughout the United States. Samantha is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to better communicate with her clients.
