Jennifer has drafted wills and trusts for people whose main assets are their home and retirement accounts, and for those who need complex wills and trusts to minimize the significant tax liability which can and will occur without proper planning. Jennifer has experience in helping people who have been appointed as executors to navigate the probate system and to assist in the detail oriented administration of an estate, and to prepare and file the federal and New Jersey estate and inheritance tax returns and close the estate. Jennifer helps clients who have recently suffered the loss of a loved one to wade through the detailed and sometimes frustrating process of collecting assets, preparing estate and inheritance tax returns and distributing assets according to the terms of the decedent’s last will and testament.
