About
Matthew S. Wroblewski is an associate in Klinedinst's San Diego office and a member of the Employment Law team. He practices in several areas of civil litigation including public entity defense, real estate, employment, and business law. As a member of the employment law group, Mr. Wroblewski has represented a wide variety of clients in many aspects of employment litigation. Ranging from individuals to large corporations, Mr. Wroblewski has experience in wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination cases. He has practiced in various federal and state courts at trial, in arbitration, and on appeal. He has also worked on cases before the California Labor Commissioner. Mr. Wroblewski also represents school districts and public entities in their general liability and employment matters. A native of San Diego, Mr. Wroblewski grew up in Spring Valley and served as a judicial extern to Judge Charles Wickersham in San Diego Superior court. In 2007, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Practice honors boards. During law school, he worked as a legal writing teaching assistant and was a member of the Business Law Journal. Before attending law school, Mr. Wroblewski earned his master's degree in history with an emphasis in nineteenth century American history. He taught several American and world history courses and worked as a sociology teaching assistant at UC Davis. Mr. Wroblewski graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2000 and currently volunteers as a mentor for San Diego High School's senior exhibition.
