My passion for the law has led me to develop a broad-based practice that touches on almost every area of law that affects individuals in their everyday lives and small business representation. My practice areas focus primarily on Family Law, Personal Injury, and Contract Litigation. However, I also regularly represent clients in matters dealing with the Texas Estates Code, which includes probate and guardianship cases.I have been recognized as a 2020 Top 40 Under 40, by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. In 2018 was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 for Family Law by the American Academy of Attorneys.My legal career las led me to be the lead counsel and litigating hundreds of cases on subject matters that run the civil litigation gamut. I've been lead counsel or co-counsel in dozens of jury trials.I've has qualified for placement on the Criminal Justice Act Panel of attorneys. I receive federal criminal cases by appointment from the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Texas. My extensive civil litigation experience has also qualified me to test for board certification in the areas of Family Law and Consumer Law.I also speak Spanish.
