We've used Mr. Yeakey on two separate cases in Elkhart County Court. He's both knowledgeable and honest. Ours is a rather complicated case, lots of 'emotion', and especially with a particularly evasive adversary. I received no child support and not one cent on a mortgage note he owed me for years. Thankful to say that we are now receiving support AND payment on the defaulted promissory notes and mortgage he owes me thanks to Mr. Yeakey's expertise. There were times that I felt the civil case was not moving 'fast enough' due to all of the back-and-forth correspondence between the attorneys...however, that is a necessary component of litigation. Also, I felt that Mr. Yeakey tries hard to settle things without going to court. Both of our cases eventually went to court, though, and I am happy to get it behind us. I've recommended several friends to Mr. Yeakey's office and they've all given me thanks for referring them to him. Mr. Yeakey is experienced and you do pay for that experience. If you have a slippery adversary or ex, I suggest Mr. Yeakey as he was able to get to the bottom of our oppoent's true income, which literally brought our support from $50 a week to $229 per week. I'm also now receiving payment for his share of unpaid medical expenses for our kids that accumulated for 10 years.
