I am a partner in the firm of Ballard, Rosenberg, Golper & Savitt. My practice is devoted to representing and providing creative advice to employers, including representing them in collective bargaining with labor unions, as well as in arbitrations and litigation related thereto. My practice frequently involves representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and other agencies.
