I am Attorney Matt Stapleton and I currently practice law in Huntington, WV. My primary focus of law consists of Personal Injury and Consumer Protection, however I am experienced in Criminal Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Estate & Wills, and other areas as well.I was born and raised in Huntington. I am a graduate of Huntington High School as well as Marshall University where I received a degree in accounting. I pursued and received a law degree from West Virginia University.
