Mr. Skipper represented me in civil and criminal harassment charge on very short notice but succeeded in having the District Court and District Attorney dismiss the charges for lack of evidence. We then filed a counter suit for malicious prosecution and defamation to recover costs and damages. The defendant was represented by two law firms but Mr. Skipper and his excellent team assembled and presented a factual, convincing case over a four day trial that resulted in the Jury convicting the decedent on both counts.

I was held finically hostage by my Condo association’s layers for over 10 years. I have been told by my, Condo associations Lawyer’s that they will place a lean on my mortgage. Unless I send them $10,000. Which I would send them the money from my retirement fund.
