Attorney Matt Russell managed a DUI/ Illegal arrest case for my husband, and must say, he is an AMAZING lawyer. First, I must note, we are located out of state, and he made sure to reassure us and communicate to us frequently throughout the process. The overall case took 15 months to close out, however that was by choice as he was adamant that “good things come to those who wait.” Good things did in fact actually happen… he got all charges completely dropped and nothing on my husband’s record. I hired Mr. Russell to represent my son who was in some very serious trouble. I was being charged with 3 different assault charges and resisting arrest 1 of the charges was towards an officer. All the assault charges were dropped and community service for the resisting arrest. He was more then phenomenal. I didn't even have to stand in front of the judge I waited in the hall way till the plea... it was Amazing!
