His staff is uneducated in law office practices (of course the girl he has there now is an exbartender of his and she is snobby and unprofessional) go figure! He is a train wreck and appears to be going thru a mid life crisis himself. Deep in his soul he is a good person, but continues to lose himself along every journey!! and that don't mix with the standards the public holds of attorney's of law!!

His unprofessional appearance is both loathsome and slothful which is realized by his disconnected approach to court hearings. He pretends to be an advocate while being asleep at the wheel and has even put his foot in his mouth in the courtroom on multiple occasions because of his epic failure to communicate. This ornery, cantankerous individual has no manners or common courtesy over the phone. He will say what he wants and then hang up on you. I think I'd be better represented by Barney Fife. To top it off, he has been recently disciplined by the state for who knows what! My words to you Matt Ritter, if you're that miserable, take your attitude and go find another job (maybe as a bartender, because it fits your lifestyle) and spare the rest of us (and don't let the door hit you in the @$$ on the way out)
