NO WORDS can describe how wonderful and professional Mr. Steven Ayala has been in handling my case. From start to finish, he has allowed me to feel assured and consistently confident in achieving a successful result while another immigration lawyer I had previously fired suggested my case was an impossibility. Not only has Steven superseded expectations surrounding my case, both by result and time frame finalized, but his timely responses to my questions and communication made me feel at ease at every, single step of the way. He has exceptional memory and is detail-oriented. I CANNOT RECOMMEND STEVEN AYALA AS YOUR IMMIGRATION LAWYER ENOUGH, 100% EXCELLENT ON EVERY - SINGLE - LEVEL. Lastly, Steven will not only be an immigration lawyer I recommend to others in need of assistance, but he will also remain a very dear friend of mine.
I am grateful for Steven Ayala to have handled my (2yr) immigration case. He took a great challenge getting me out from immigration custody with a bond, and following up with my case every step of the way. I was able to get a work permit while in process of getting a interview for my residency. After all his hard work we able to get approved. I would of never been able to do it would out his help. Thank you so much Mr. Ayala.
Mr. Ayala is a lifesaver. He succeeded in convincing the immigration court to grant a young man asylum. The young man was facing bodily harm if deported to his native country. The defense Mr. Ayala prepared was extremely well organized and totally honest. One of his best assets was his ability to address the i counterpoints that were brought to light by the judge and the prosecutor.

When I was child my parents passed away. I live with my grandparents in a country called Burma (Myanmar). Until 2012 Burma is a communist country but because lots of people afraid of the government military and particularly dangerous group, they ran into democratic country Thailand or India. In 2008 our country has cyclone many people dies including my grandfather. After the tragic happened the military force people to labor. Many people die from the lack of nutrition and injure. I was 16 years old at that time. I decided to run because if I don’t run I will die anyway from the injure or the lack of nutrition. We have no contact with our family and we have no medical attention. I ran into the Thailand and I went to Malaysia to get a better future life but because I was afraid of the police I never report the incident that my very first boss didn’t pay the salary. After that, one of my friend told me about UNHCR ( United Nation High Comissioner for Refugees) I contacted UNHCR and I came to the United state in October 22, 2012 as a refugee, together with my friend. In 2013 April 27 I had a car accident and I lost my only friend and I was arrested. After I done doing my times deportation against me. I was hopeless I’m not really good at English and don’t know nothing about American laws, and I have no one to help. I’m indigent. I sent out several letters to different law firms, but there was no hope. Steven Ayala wrote me a letter saying that he’s gonna represent me. I was very happy and I feel strong when I first saw him in the court. Before the court started he explained me how the process was and what I qualify for. And now I’m resident of the United States and I am qualify to become a citizen after next five years. Steven Ayala represent me as pro bono lawyer he is my attorney my friend and the man who gave me a second chance to get a bright future life.
