During negotiations of the Purchase and Sale for our new home he was able to explain things in a maner which were easy to understand. Matt also made good suggestions about what we needed to get clarification on from the seller. For example, the seller had a clause in there that he could sell the home prior to us buying it. This turned out to be for tax purposes and ended up being acceptable to us, but there were about a half dozen red flags which Matt brought to our attention. When the bank had issues during our closing, Matt was able to get everything in order so that we could still close.
