Branden Huckstep represents clients in a variety of areas of civil litigation, including business, construction, and commercial law; real estate law; landlord-tenant; and family law.Prior to law school, Branden graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. While attending law school, Branden was a law clerk for an immigration and personal injury practice in the Boise area. Mr. Huckstep is admitted to practice in the state of Idaho and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.When Mr. Huckstep is not in the office, he enjoys traveling, camping, and motorcycle riding.
