I hired Nicole in 2018 to handle my petition to grant my wife and stepdaughter green cards. Her thoroughness in preparing the application and in helping us practice for the interview was impressive. I am glad that I hired her and would recommend her to anyone seeking a qualified advocate for immigration proceedings!

Nicole was an amazing attorney throughout our immigration process. She explained thoroughly everything that needed to be done and was very honest with us about our process. We hired her for 2 different cases and they were both successful. Nicole and her paralegal walked us through all of the paperwork that was needed and always was available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Immigration can be a very tricky process so I would highly recommend Nicole as she has extensive knowledge of our immigration system. If I ever needed any type of legal assistance regarding immigration I would not hesitate to hire Nicole again.

I usually don’t take my time to write reviews but this time I feel like I have to do it so I can warn people about this terrible professional. I hired Nicole Micheroni in February 2020 to help me with my O1B Extraordinary Ability visa submission. The entire process was really a nightmare. Nicole never replied to my emails, never called me back. We had only 2 appointments and the entire time she just disappeared and didn’t do anything. Her paralegal Kelly was the one actually doing some work (the very few work that was done). At the end my case was (obviously) denied and she didn’t even let me know about USCIS answer. Once I called Nicole to say that my case was denied she didn’t help me at all with what to do next, and she didn’t even say “I am sorry for your case being denied”, or just anything emphatic... I couldn’t believe it up until now! I honestly hope no one else passes through this. Nicole definitely doesn’t know how is like to be an immigrant, she doesn’t care about her clients or their cases. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. She was the cheaper one... I guess you get what you payed for... but this time I think I didn’t get what I payed for. And I regret it so much!
