Matthew Birk's frequent and typical response was "I don't know", even when I point blank asked what other documents, if any, need to accompany the Complaint for Eviction and Summons I had prepared for filing for a legal eviction! Perhaps my encounter with this attorney illustrates the wise saying that "A specialist knows more and more about less and less" given that this attorney is an alleged legal specialist in labor and employment law, and surely not in FL real estate and/or tenant/landlord law. But he surely insisted on the consultation fee being paid as I was walking out to the receptionist area after letting him know he was is no way qualified to consult with me on this matter. Personally, I feel like he owed me money for wasting my time and breath consulting with him!
