As a honest person with integrity who worked hard through out life to have a good reputation and be reliable, when the police came at my door alleging that I was a criminal, yelling at the corridor to the point that neighbors would come to check what was going on, I was totally caught by surprise. My present physician, Dr. S. had requested Dr. F. for my files three times, Dr. F. fail to send Dr. S. In May 2019, I had signed and sent by Certified Mail, a release form of my files to me and Dr. F. did not send anything. Had she done her job properly this whole situation would not have happened. Finding myself in a situation that I had to seek a lawyer's help to clear my name, I had initially hired Mr. M. who instead of making me comfortable, made me more stressed and clearly he was charging a much higher price for something that could have been taken care easily, alleging and even inventing possible results. Thanks to Matt, I’m going to be able to get back on the road again. It has been almost 5 years since I have been able to drive legally.
