Mr Bailey replied to my question almost immediately. He was knowledgeable, & not only gave me information on my son's case, but was actually willing to look up the case. Part of the issue involves something in another State. Mr Bailey is not licensed in that state so we can't go any further with him, but now we know what to do. I would recommend anyone to contact Mr Bailey.
He went above and beyond in making sure an FTA warrant was recalled and got me pretrial diversion for an issue in city court. This was all in a case that, at the time, I was not sure would be easily resolved. He was very communicative through the whole process and made me feel at ease when we were in court. I always recommend him to everyone I know, no matter what kind of legal need they have!
Attorney Bailey went above and beyond in his representation of me obtaining an expungemt. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I highly recommend him.
I contacted Matthew during a very bleak time when options were limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. He provided excellent consultation and I hired a member of his team (geared more towards my case) as my attorney. I am grateful for his service and I recommend Matthew without reservation.
A main function of a Lawyer is communication and guidance through a process that you hire them to guide you through. Not only is Matthew not proactive in communication, Matthew does not respond after multiple outreach efforts by those who have paid for a service. This is not acceptable behavior for such a serious cause.
I retained Mr Bailey back in Jan of this year and paid him in full the first time I met with him to help a family member with a parole hearing. Mr. Bailey has been lackluster, lazy, inattentive to the case details and would not respond back to emails or calls unless I showed up to the office unannounced or complained to the receptionist who take the calls. He literally did not file the necessary paperwork on the case until 7 months later and this was after I made numerous calls and emails. I would not recommend his service to anyone and I especially do not recommend paying the entire fee up front because this was a classic case of money lost with no results. Now I’m in the process of trying to get some of my money back but let’s just see what he comes up with because I already know it will be some bogus service and he knows he did not provide quality service or any results whether it was good or bad.
