Mary Dobbins Hegardt was always presenting information to support our case, we were relocating to another state and needed custody and visitation arrangements changed in court in order for us to move without my X' being able to claim I kidnapped our son. Not only did she file everything in a swift manner, she came up with a solution to solve our problem out of court. We had a parentage agreement and it was filed with the court, so there would be no back and forth situation in court between my X' and I.
