In order to better serve your needs, I keep current on the latest rulings and updates in my specialty areas.  They include: 1.] Elder Law, of which I am the first Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) in the state of Michigan, and a Fellow of National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). 2.] Special Needs Trusts, of which I am a founding member of Special Needs Alliance (SNA) 3].
