I was sinking deep in a contentious divorce with disputed custody responsibilities. Its not easy resolving conflicts with someone whom you had planned to spend your entire life, raising children. Mary Enstrom was able to eloquently explain legal proceedings which allowed me to step back and think more clearly about events which were very emotional to me. Her prompt responses to email and phone calls gave me security and confidence that our objective would be reached. With her guidance we were able to achieve the absolute best possible outcome. My children and I are together again and we have grown stronger. Thank you Mary for your professionalism and for your kindness. I will never be able to thank you enough. == william;

Mary has been my attorney on more than one case. She handled each one as though it were her only focus. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like a "bother". She is very professional and knowledgeable, while showing compassion and understanding. Mary has the ability to "read" the other side and knows when to be assertive and when to be down right aggressive. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an attorney that will listen to them and knows how to win.

Mary is simply amazing. She is logical, told me what was reasonable and not, communicated with me via phone, text and email (even at the most inconvenient times), timely, professional, creative, assertive, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me confidence in my case. She was able to achieve everything I wanted in my case, plus more. She explained everything to me without "law jargon," told me where to put to put my foot down and where I could be more flexible to ensure a relationship between my daughter and ex-husband. She ensured that what I was doing was best for my child and possible next steps to take. She was able to talk to me in a personable manner, making me feel like I wasn't just a client. Mary truly cares about her clients, the children involved and the outcome that's best for everyone. She was able to be compassionate and understanding about where I was coming from, the possible outcome and what to proceed with. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in any future legal issues.

Mary is a lifesaver for our family. She was able to accomplish what several other attorneys had not been able to do for the safety of our grandchildren. Thanks in no small part to Mary's knowledge and tenacity our very difficult and years-long custody issue has been resolved. She combines professionalism and compassion with a stellar courtroom presence. A big and heartfelt thanks from our family to Mary and her team at Burnham law. Highly recommend.

I interviewed a number of attorneys in the Colorado Springs area. My choice was Stephanie Randall of Burnham Law. She was the only one to sit down and tell me what was realistically possible and what was not. She was honest and straightforward with me, from the start and all the way through to the end. Also, I came to understand that Burnham law embodies the “team” approach. When it was debatable, Stephanie reached out to another attorney in the firm to discuss what we “can” and what we “can’t” do. When my (then) husband was threatening to come into the house over my objections, and Stephanie was tied up in court, another attorney in the firm Mary Nathan, jumped in. She went through the emails, assessed that I was in fact being threatened and immediately moved to help me get a Protection Order. When I had intricate questions about the military retirement and SBP details that would apply to my situation, Eric Amat y Leon, the Burnham attorney considered one of the top experts in the State, reached out to me to answer any and all questions I had. After haggling out this divorce for 13 months, I got to know the people at Burnham Law pretty well. They are incredible professionals, from the top to the bottom. They are dedicated, realistic, caring people who will do what needs to be done. They won’t make you pie-in-the-sky promises they can’t keep. They are realistic in their expectations, and make sure that you know what to expect and what can and cannot be done. They also kept my expenses in mind. More than a few times they asked me how badly I wanted to fight for something. I was reminded that what I wanted could potentially cost more to get than it was worth. During a divorce it gets easy to get caught up in the fighting. It’s helpful to have someone who will remind you that the expense of getting what you “want” or getting the “win” may cost more money than the value of what you’re fighting over. It a time of crisis, when your whole world is at stake, that is exactly what I want in my counsel. I want someone who is going to tell me what can and cannot be done, what to expect and to set reasonable outcome ideals for me. I know without a doubt that hiring Burnham Law was the best decision I could have made.

Mary was hired to help our daughter in a very difficult and ongoing custody case. Long story short Mary has provided safety and a better quality of life for our grandchildren. It's not a stretch to say she may have saved their lives from a very abusive situation, when several attorneys we hired in the past had failed to do so. She is highly professional and very kind and attentive. Highest recommendation for Mary!
