Mary Madison is a graduate of Wofford College Summa Cum Laude, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following law school her career began with clerkship for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for the Honorable Dennis W.Shedd, and the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn who became an elected Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. She realized the special opportunity to join with her family in partnership with Brittain Law in 2008.Mary Madison believes in justice and equality. Her practice areas include Family Law, Personal Injury, Divorce, and Civil Litigation. She is certified in Family Relations Law including complex divorces, custody, and child support.Mary Madison believes the advantage of working with a family is the opportunity to share with a team sincere critiques regarding the strengths and weaknesses of each case.
